1. Agreement to Terms

By scheduling an appointment or accessing the services provided by Peak Paws Grooming, you legally acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Our commitment to gentle handling and premium care relies on a mutual understanding of these professional boundaries.

2. Appointments and Cancellations

We operate on a precise schedule to ensure every pet receives undivided attention. To maintain this high standard of service for all New York pet owners, we enforce the following pet grooming appointment policies:

• 24-Hour Notice: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the appointment.
• Late Arrivals: Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their session shortened or rescheduled, subject to a late fee.
• No-Show Fee: Failure to arrive without notice will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service cost.

3. Pet Health, Safety, and Behavior

The safety of your pet and our stylists is our highest priority. Peak Paws Grooming requires all pets to be up-to-date on Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella vaccinations.

4. Pricing and Payment

Quotes provided over the phone are estimates only. Final pricing is determined by the pet's size, coat condition (specifically matting), and behavior. Payment is due in full at the time of pet pick-up. We accept all major credit cards and digital payments.

5. Liability and Limitation

While Peak Paws Grooming utilizes eco-conscious products and professional equipment, pet grooming involves inherent risks, especially with senior pets or those with pre-existing conditions. Peak Paws Grooming is not liable for injuries resulting from non-disclosure of health issues or accidents occurring due to a pet's unpredictable behavior.
